ACT with Dr. G Coaching Program Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any ACT with Dr. G individual coaching program, bootcamps, or small-group sessions, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

ACT with Dr. G coaching programs are designed for students who have previously taken the ACT and have an established baseline score. Enrollment is intended for students who are motivated to improve their performance through active participation and independent practice.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled coaching sessions and workshops.

For small-group coaching programs, enrollment reserves a seat in a limited-capacity group. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or repeated. Students who arrive late or leave early may miss instructional content and are responsible for obtaining any missed information. The effectiveness of coaching depends on regular attendance, active participation, and completion of assigned practice activities outside of scheduled sessions.

Student Responsibility

ACT coaching is a collaborative process. While ACT with Dr. G provides instruction, guidance, feedback, and strategic support, students are responsible for:

Attending scheduled sessions

Completing assigned practice activities

Reviewing feedback and corrections

Applying learned strategies independently

Preparing appropriately for official ACT administrations

No Guarantee of Results

ACT with Dr. G does not guarantee specific ACT scores, score increases, scholarship awards, college admissions outcomes, or any other academic results because the student’s level of effort and engagement plays a significant role in any potential score improvement.

Student performance on the ACT is influenced by numerous factors, including but not limited to prior academic preparation, attendance, motivation, effort, testing conditions, test anxiety, and independent practice.

While many students improve their performance through coaching, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Payments and Refund Policy

All program fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at registration.

Because enrollment reserves a limited coaching space and instructional materials are prepared in advance, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed sessions

Partial attendance

Student withdrawal from the program

Scheduling conflicts

Dissatisfaction based solely on ACT score outcomes

In the event that ACT with Dr. G must cancel a program or coaching session and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a prorated refund may be issued at the sole discretion of ACT with Dr. G.

Program Modifications

ACT with Dr. G reserves the right to modify program schedules, session formats, instructional materials, and coaching methods as necessary to best serve students and maintain program quality.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in an ACT with Dr. G coaching program, the parent/guardian and student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
